The Festival of Trees opens the week following Thanksgiving on November 27th, with an Opening Reception on Thursday, December 7th at 5:00 PM, and the exhibit will remain open through December 29th.
2023 marks the 17th year of the Fayette Art Museum Festival of Trees. Each of the trees are designed and decorated by local individuals and businesses. It ranges from collectors, to artists and people who love the Christmas season. Each tree is different and unique in it’s own way in displaying one’s artwork, crafts and talents, to someone sharing their personal collections to create a fun tree design. Schools, daycares, and other community organizations also participate. Families are also encouraged to display a memorial tree for family members and/or friends that they have lost.
